Fall from the edge of space and into the first book in the Leaper trilogy

Leaper: Down to Earth

To fall is to fail — gravity is an insult, pulling us down. But there are those who aim to fall, who's job it is to drop from the farthest reaches of Earth's atmosphere, because, if you can fall fast enough and far enough, you cease to fail and you begin to fly.

Dive into a brand-new world where only the truly daring float up to the edge of space to face their doom as they fall back to Earth at supersonic speeds.

Some do it for the money, others for the thrill, a few to escape their past, but no matter their motives, they are all saving the world. They are all leapers.

Join Keda as she pounces on a one-in-a-million chance to get her dream job and become a leaper. Armed with talent and a keen mind, she's not above threats and blackmail to get what she wants.

But when she finds herself falling alongside the heroes of the leaper industry, she discovers the job is nothing like she had imagined.

About the author

Adam Kveton is an award-winning Canadian journalist, a freelance writer/photographer/videographer and a fiend for science fiction and fantasy.

He seeks out books with complex and funny characters where humour and horror can live right alongside each other, and that's what he aims to produce.

He's the author of Leaper: Down to Earth, the first in a planned Leaper trilogy about people who skydive from the edge of space for a living.

He's currently living in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island on Canada's west coast with his wife and annoying cat.
